The wild and romantic Lerautal, a 90-hectare nature reserve with rock formations, is just 6 km away (parking lot for hikers). The "Nördlicher Oberpfälzer Wald" nature park offers numerous excursion and hiking opportunities. The town center of Vohenstrauß with restaurants is 3 km away, several shopping facilities (2 shopping centers, butcher, bakery) can be reached in 2 km.
