Located in a rural neighborhood near Caminito del Rey and less than an hour from places such as: Torcal, Antequera, Ronda, Malaga, beaches, Costa del Sol, airport, etc.. Ideal for couples and families or small groups of friends. Perfect for digital nomads looking for a quiet place to work.
The space:
Cozy independent ground floor house type villa with parking and private patio, Picuzzi pool (Cocktail type), barbecue and fireplace.
It is distributed in a large central living room - kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The house was completely renovated in 2022.
The house is managed directly by us the owners.
Services and common areas:
Swimming pool and barbecue available all year round. Fireplace only in cold season.
It also has: 2 mountain bikes, TV 65" with NETFLIX, sound system in patio, Alexa, electric vehicle charging socket, home automation, alarm, air conditioning and heating in all rooms, desk to work, WiFi 100 Mb, etc..
The house, pool, patio, access and parking are totally independent for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no common or shared areas.
Other noteworthy aspects:
It is located in a small rural neighborhood with railroad halt, walking there is only a bar nearby so it is necessary to use vehicle to go to supermarkets, restaurants etc..
Rural environment, in the courtyard you can hear dogs, roosters and also neighbors who may have a party or barbecue. The interior of the house has good soundproofing.
The train passes nearby but hardly causes any inconvenience, it only passes during the day and the traffic is scarce.
