The accommodation is ideal for couples.
There is one bedroom with a 1.80 m wide box-spring bed. An additional person or two children can sleep on the sofa bed in the living/dining area if required.
There is a small kitchenette for preparing meals. There is a fridge, two hotplates and a mini oven.
The bathroom is small.

It is possible to bring a dog after consultation. We have dogs ourselves and are happy to offer our guests a vacation with a dog. However, it must be ensured that the other animals on the farm are not chased. Out of respect for the furnishings and subsequent guests, dogs should not be allowed on the furniture. The final cleaning increases by 20€.

The apartment has its own entrance. There is a parking space in the courtyard. A janitor is on site and is available to answer any questions.

Bed linen and towels are not included in the standard booking, but can be added for 17€/person if required.
We ask for payment on the day of arrival.

ENVIRONMENT
The Ebtalaue is a popular vacation destination due to its pristine landscape and unique nature: among others, white-tailed eagles, storks, cranes and beavers can be observed here.
The area is very popular with anglers due to its proximity to the Elbe and other bodies of water. A fishing permit can be purchased with a valid fishing license in Neuhaus at the "Freizeitmarkt Ulf Göldner".

Popular excursion destinations in the surrounding area are:
- "National Natural Heritage Lübtheen Heath" (approx. 15 km away)
- From April to October, a small passenger ferry crosses from Bitter to the beautiful old town of Hitzacker, if the water level of the Elbe allows it.
- Dömitzer Burg (approx. 20 km away)
- Ludwigslust and Lüneburg (approx. 40 km away)
- Hamburg can be reached by car in about 45 minutes.
In Neuhaus (approx. 8 km away) there are various shopping facilities, as well as doctors and a pharmacy.
Directly behind Neuhaus is the wonderful Rosiener Badesee.
The Waldbad Probst Jesar in Lübtheen is a beautiful natural swimming pool.
