Halkidiki Kassandra Villa 3P in Greece is located in a quiet and peaceful place , with stunning sunrise and sunset views. Only 15 minutes walk through the forest area to the sea. There is no mass tourism on the beach and only residents of the surrounding houses enjoy this privilege to sunbathe and swim alone with nature.

In the spring of 2022 it will be completely renovated and welcome its first guests. The villa is suitable for people who value coziness, comfort, quality of living and enjoy the silence and beauty of nature. Accommodation for

3 bedrooms with double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, living room, equipped kitchen, garden, terraces, 2 parking places at the house. Complete semi-detached house is offered for you vacation.

Additional options for special occasions or those who want to pamper themselves or loved ones. For connoisseurs of special quality we offer a "Premium Package" for 2 people, including top quality bed linen (satin cotton), top quality towels, sparkling wine, soft drinks, mineral water, fruit basket, a bouquet of flowers that decorate your arrival and stay in the villa. The cost of lodging and premium package can be cleared with us.
Please note that bed linens are only provided for 3 double beds, there are no bed linens for single beds.

It is recommended to have a car to visit interesting parts of the peninsula, shopping centers, restaurants and bars, nightclubs and numerous sandy beaches of unique beauty. Contact the owner of the house to help you rent a rental car at the best price.

Also, the pool complex Spa Loutra with thermal water, just a kilometer from the villa, open from April to December, you should definitely include this in your visit program.

The beach "Ani" is just 800 meters from the house (18 minutes on foot).

Please note that check-in between 8pm and 11pm is available for an extra cost, check-in after 11pm is not possible.
Please respect the neighborhood silence hours between 11pm and 7 am.
The owner speaks Russian, Dutch, English, Spanish and Greek.

The security camera in the garden is installed so that it overlooks the door (at the entrance and exit of the house) and the garden itself.

Please note that there is a 1800-meter dirt/unhardened road to reach the property.
