The holiday home 'Il Granaio' is located in Monte San Savino and is a beautiful and comfortable holiday destination.
The 58 m² property with a step-free interior consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with a hydromassage shower and can accommodate 4 people.
Available amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for home office, a fan, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a smart TV with streaming services. A high chair is available and a baby cot can be provided for a fee. Moreover, a pellet stove heating is available for which guests will be charged a fee at the check-out.
Your private outdoor area includes a furnished open terrace where you can enjoy the view of the surrounding greenery.
Moreover, there is a shared outdoor area with a pool, a garden and a barbecue. The pool is open from 15/05 to 15/10. Please note that opening times may change due to weather conditions.
The property is set on the border of the Chianti region.
It takes approx. 30 min to get to Siena, 20 min to Arezzo and Cortona, 1 h to Orvieto and Florence, and 1.5 h to Assisi.
