The villa boasts a beautiful, private outdoor area with a heated pool, a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace and a built-in grill. The pool is heated from November to April without additional costs. If you would like pool heating outside of this period, this can be added at an additional cost when you book your stay.
The Playa Chica is 7 minutes away by car (2km). A nearby restaurant and supermarket can be reached in under 3 minutes (120m). Meanwhile, bars can be reached in 7-10 minutes (600m). The old town harbour is 10 minutes away on foot (550m).
