Chalet De Ultimis is located amidst the peaceful mountain meadows and traditional farms of the Ulten Valley in St. Pankraz (San Pancrazio), South Tyrol. The rustic-modern vacation home features an open-plan kitchen-living room with cooking island, a dining area with panoramic views, a couch area with wood-burning stove and flat-screen TV, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet. It can therefore accommodate 6 people. The combination of natural materials such as wood and natural stone and modern living comfort guarantees guests many feel-good moments. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, a fireplace, a washing machine, a dryer and a TV. Children are welcome guests here: a crib, high chair, baby monitor, changing mat and baby bath are provided for free. A sauna is also available for your use. From the first floor you have access to the sun terrace and the 1500 m² garden, which serves for recreation, for letting off steam for children and as a run for your four-legged friend. You will also find a barbecue in the outdoor area and a sheltered sun balcony on the forest side on the upper floor. A restaurant and a supermarket are 4.2 km ( a 6-minute walk) away. In summer there are many hiking routes to explore, such as the Merano High Trail, and in winter there is the possibility for cross-country skiing, skiing and other winter activities.
