Restaurants and bars are 3-5 minutes by car (1,9 - 2,5 km) away, also nice cafés can be found here. Stores for daily needs like a supermarket are about 4 minutes by car (2 km) away. The next beach Playa del Sol Villacana is 58 minutes away by car (50 km). And only 9 minutes by car (4 km) away, you can admire the Moorish-influenced old town of Ronda. The nearest airport lies outside of Málaga and is a one-hour-and-18-minute drive (103 km) away.

There are AC units on the upper floor (master bedroom, living room and kitchen).
The other 3 bedrooms are downstairs and due to the way the property is built, the everage temperature is 22-25 degrees so it is not required. They do have heating, however.
