Youth groups and parties are not allowed. The house is located in a quiet residential area.

Villa Sa Calma is situated in a quiet and idyllic setting, promising relaxing holidays with absolute privacy. The holiday home has a beautifully furnished living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 people. It also has Wi-Fi, fans, a fireplace, satellite TV, a baby cot and a high chair. The 40 m² outdoor pool invites you to relax under the Spanish sun while the spacious, covered terrace, furnished with a long table, is perfect for common meals in the fresh air. A further dining area in the middle of the beautifully-landscaped garden provides a variety of spots to savour local specialities or wines. You can reach the sandy beach Cala Blava in 6.5 km or 8 minutes by car and a small selection of restaurants in 5 walking minutes. The nearest, larger supermarket is 1.2 km or a 15-minute walk away.

Parking is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.

IMPORTANT: we do not accept reservations from groups of young people who intend to have parties in the house and not take care of it. If we receive any reservations from youth groups we will be forced to cancel them immediately. Thank you for your understanding.
